PIC is a member of the CHM Alliance, whose considerable and diverse operations are distributed widely throughout Australia and New Zealand. This provides our employees with career prospects that are difficult to find elsewhere.

The CHM Alliance consists of five independent companies that together own 24,000 sows on thirteen sites. The Alliance is a major producer of pork, and through ownership of PIC, is the market leader in the supply of replacement breeding stock in Australasia.

In New Zealand PIC operates five large farms used for the multiplication of its breeding stock requirements, along with a Gene Transfer Centre for semen production. PIC New Zealand is able to offer an excellent career in pig farming and breeding. PIC is strongly committed to providing training and development to its employees.
